PİR HASAN
The design reinterprets the dynamism of traditional döner culture and the coffee experience with modern pop-art touches and industrial details. By blending the warmth of terracotta red with the energy of cobalt blue and polka dot patterns, the space offers a young and dynamic gastronomic destination that breaks away from conventional restaurant molds.
The scale of the signage, kept more modest compared to neighboring shops in the facade design, becomes a secondary element thanks to the bold and monolithic terracotta red facade color preferred throughout the building. This color choice, which transforms the entire exterior into a striking, gigantic sign in its own right, eliminates customers' concerns about "visibility" while creating a strong urban signature. Inside, the undulating organic wallpaper, with its visual appeal extending from the glass facade, acts almost like a second sign working from the inside out.
The use of glossy terracotta-colored ceramic tiles and stainless steel countertops in the interior design not only adds a high visual rhythm to the space but also perfectly meets the critical requirements for a gastronomic establishment: hygiene, ease of cleaning, and long-lasting use. Technical details such as stainless steel skirting minimize operational maintenance, while the industrial open ceiling structure, spherical pendant lights, wood-grained panels, giant mirrors, and artistic frames enhance spatial depth and layering. Offering traditional flavors in a modern and vibrant atmosphere, the space creates a dynamic socializing area with its structure that blurs boundaries.
