FLORYA RESIDENTIAL
The design, inspired by Florya's rich fabric and the flawless geometry of nature itself, celebrates the living warmth of wood and the timeless power of craftsmanship. The homeowners desired a refined family home that could flexibly adapt to their changing needs over time, nurturing the soul and fostering joy at every stage of life. Developing as a challenge to the physical limits and constraints of the space, the interior architecture transformed these challenges into unique design opportunities that deepened the area's distinctive character.
The project is based on the balance of vertical and horizontal lines, centering on common areas connected by a fluid circulation scheme. The micro-divisions and volumetric transitions conceived in the plan not only offer visual aesthetics but also act as a bridge, transforming the living space into a breathing organism. The perforated wood structure, brought to life on the ceiling and walls, acts like a filter, allowing light to penetrate in a controlled manner rather than a homogeneous whole, carrying it deep into the space; providing its occupants with perfect acoustic comfort and privacy. The fluid transitions in the space blur the rigid boundaries between the interior and the exterior, maximizing spatial continuity.

In the continuation of architectural evolution, we aimed to blur the lines between traditional craftsmanship and modern minimalist lines, offering a contemporary interpretation of our time. The rhythmic geometric reliefs, vertical flute panels, and warm herringbone floor texture that come to life on the kitchen island strongly support this composition. This rich textural layering creates a unique and serene sanctuary that perfectly complements the dominant atmosphere of Florya, which is unrivaled in terms of spatial pleasure.
