Blackstar Döner , located on the ground floor of Quadrio Offices in the heart of Prague, redefines the traditional döner concept with a futuristic vision and a refined bistro/lounge atmosphere. Offering a quick gourmet break amidst the fast-paced city life, the venue, which surrounds its guests with sculptural details, breaks away from the usual fast-casual mold.

Upon entering, wall panels enlivened with amorphous cutouts and a undulating LED installation that flows smoothly across the ceiling give the space a powerful dynamism and a contemporary identity. The neutral-toned exposed concrete microcement and the transparent glass facade, which maximizes natural light from the street, create a perfect contrast with the bold color accent created by the bright red stainless steel service counter and the spherical lighting within it, the curved fabric mesh pouf, and the lounge chairs.

Stainless steel column claddings enhance the sense of depth and expand the space with play of light, while natural wood bar stools and a long sharing table break the coolness of red and chrome, adding an inviting warmth to the environment. The open kitchen layout and curved order counter, positioned just behind the transparent facade, create a natural focal point for city dwellers passing by on the street. This refined design continues seamlessly in the wet area, dominated by vertical linear lighting and monochrome red fixtures.
